So unreliable, so bad and yet costs so much! For one it only autostarts 10pct of the times (at best). Support takes ages to get back to you if at all. It is so bad I've splashed out on a second provider's software, it's by my internet security provider (N*****) and it costs A FRACTIN of the money - and guess what: IT WORKS EVERY TIME, all the time! I did all the right things before buying - I spend half a day reading reviews and recommendations by so called 'specialists' - it's a wake up call - you can't trust the internet reviews. Just trying to warn you guys. This review probably ends up not being published or NordVPN find some way to have it deleted - but hey, here goes. UPDATE after NordVPN replies Yes it's funny how your service began to be C**P just AFTER your 30 days 'refund guarantee' expired? and how you refused to do anything about the fact that autostart only works once in a BLUE MOON? and how you refused to refund me despite the fact that your program's autostart ALMOST NEVER WORKS?? Funny that, isn't it. Your instant 'chat' did not answer on ANY of the times I tried them so much for help there. And you only answered my 1st email, and ONLY to tell me that IT WAS TOO LATE TO GET A REFUND. YOu never bothered solving the problem. So, just to be clear, if anyone is considering your services, only get these if you are happy with a 10 percent solution, 'cause that's all I ever got from you.

A lot of new servers in Australia and finally in Perth. So far Nordvpn works fine for me, I have great speeds and could watch US TV channels.

Switched to Nord vpn after another server let me down. The NordVPN guys were brilliant, they gave a load of their time to get me set up again. Their 2 year special offer is an amazing price and the service is running perfect on my macbook and ipad. Good company

Based upon my research and using their service during a trial petiod. Any favorable reviews here have to be fake, posted by them, as without a doubt their service is NFFP (not fit for purpose) If you intend to surf the web incognito think again, as any major website will know you are using VPN, therefore they will provide you with restricted infomation and inflated prices, like Trivago,Expedia,RyanAir etc...Using this Panama based service, like many others makes you stand out like a BEACON on the web. NordVPN have attempted to remove this review, and marked it incomplete? I would have thought that it is as complete as you could expect. In essence this company expects people to pay for a service that provides you with security/privacy whilst surfing and it does not. Any website that you visit will know you are using their proxy service and provide you with inaccurate information and inflated prices. NordVPN did answer my emails very promptly and have an online chat service. But after a few email exchanges, they were unable to answer my specific concerns and could not defend my accusations with regard to their product. Their service/product claims are inaccurate and misleading.

Awful service ,just leave you waiting for up to 7/8 minutes between scripted responses. VPN leaked IP address, what's the point in a VPN if it does that? Nobody to help resolve issue. Requested refund and told would be a few days......... Nobody cared even a little bit. They are quick to respond when you are interested in signing up though...............

Tried a few VPN's and went with NordVPN as it has a lot of features, quite cheap, provides no logs policy and I don't have any issues with DL decrease due encryption

Haven't got any problems, keeping in mind amount of features you get (no bandwidth, n logs policy, US Netflix, P2P, ads blocker, kill switch, China, ...) it's really cheap.

Hours spent this afternoon wasted with incompetent staff. App didn't work. No troubleshooting worked. Then we went through the IKEv2 setup, so I could end up with fewer features with the product I'm paying for, for the same price? Why didn't the support agent tell me this? He could have saved me an entire afternoon had he just have told me what the end result would have been. Utterly appalled with the support I've received and the time that's been wasted. Avoid.

Most Advanced and Fastest VPN I have ever used. It perfectly works in highly restricted countries ! NordVPN works well for me and they've got a great choice of servers and additional features. Excellent product !!!
