One of few services that support IKEv2 protocol. I'm not only able to setup NordVPN on my BlackBerry, it also invokes NGE (next generation encryption). Technically on phase1 they use AES-256-GCM coupled with SHA2-384 to ensure integrity, combined with PFS using 3072-bit Diffie Hellmann keys. If that is no enough tunnel can be encrypted again with AES-256. In short, NordVPN is very well developed.

Wanted to say huge thanks to NordVPN agent Simons for a great assistance. I couldn't use Nord in public library what so ever, tried change countries, servers, did a lot of things, and I was a bit upset since I paid 69$ for it. Simons helped me in 5 minutes, maybe less. It seems you get not only encryption, different IPs, anonymity, but also 24/7 assistance. I would say that's more than I expected. Thank you!

In my honest opinion, NordVPN does as much as possible to make the best customer service experience. I was a bit furious when I purchased it a few weeks ago and had couldn't use the internet properly, however, chat support helped me to set my settings and shared how which servers are the best for my activity. 5 stars!
