I don't write online reviews usually but this time I am giving it a shot. Because I like a product and when my company gave me the subscription I managed to use it with all my devices. Security is a part of my job. Never had a chance to contact their support because everything worked well. I really like browser extension if you hadn't tried give it a chance.

Signed up to 2 year plan which was on special offer at a bargain price. Windows 10 app usually fails to connect but Amazon Fire TV stick app and Chrome extension work well.

Når du skal til at købe NordVPN møder du et layout hvori du har tre forskellige pakkeløsninger. Her står der med stort, i den mest populære, "3.29" dollars per month. Så står der så nedenunder "$79.00 faktueret hver 24 måneder" - med utydelig og lille skrift.. Det er klart et forsøg fra deres side af at få folk til at købe pakkeløsningen, i troen om, at det er en månedlig afgift. Jeg synes ærligt talt at sådan et slags layout skal være langt langt væk fra middelmådige sider, og det er simpelthen en shady formulering. Her kan man så argumentere for at jeg burde have været mere opmærksom, og det er klart. Men da jeg i al den tid jeg har brugt Paypal, hvilket jeg også brugte hér, har jeg været vidersendt til en ekstern Paypal side med kvittering inden jeg gennemførte betaling. Det gjorde jeg ikke den her gang, for første gang nogensinde. Så derfor havde jeg ikke mulighed for at gennemse købet som jeg ellers under andre omstændigheder plejer at have. Med dette sagt skrev jeg til kundeservice og forklarede mit problem. De svarede inden for blot et par minutter, og jeg fik derudover tilbudt pengene tilbage uden yderligere problemer. Jeg har aldrig oplevet så hurtig og effektiv kundeservice, og hvis nu bare de var lidt mere "oprigtige" med hvordan betalingen fungerede havde de uden tvivl fået 5/5 fra min side af.

The VPN desktop application is easy to install and use. The user interface is simple and allows you to select amongst any number of different servers in different countries. Running a DNS leak check after connection confirmed that NordVPN does not leak any information outside of its own servers. I have also installed the Chrome browser plugin on a different machine running Linux and running Wireshark have confirmed that all HTTP data has been encrypted once the plugin connects to NordVPN's servers. The mobile application also works very well and provides protection on shared wifi networks. I also recommended NordVPN because of their excellent customer service. They have an online chat service available and they respond very quickly and have resolved issues for me within a matter of minutes.

After using Nord VPN for almost 6 mo I have quit. The app interface is really hokey and amateur and what appears to be obvious, doesn't work. Its slow. It does not always connect automatically from sleep state and the selection of servers is poor. To top it all of I discovered is NOT a US company - based out of Panama.

NordVPN works amazing and the company has just the best customer service ever. Responsive, willing to help and client-oriented. I had a problem to redeem a coupon code and they offered me a full refund that I received in matter of hours and then assisted me to redeem the new discount code they enabled on my profile.
