Great start not! Paid up for a 3 year plan today. Started off with Prime Video. Could not connect. Did not work with any country! CS said they are having issues with mobile devices with no ETA on a fix. My free melonvpn app lets me connect to prime video can you believe? They also said my tv app is seen as a mobile device and will be blocked from prime video also!! Looks like I'll be cancelling before the 30 day period is up. The speed on my phone is awful also.

Edit: The new release was able to fix all of the issues I had with NordVPN. Now I'm using it all of my devices once again! Old Review: Bought a 3-year plan. Worst decision ever. Problem #1 - Stability of the Servers. The stability and speed of their VPN service are really crappy. My usual downgrade on my internet speed is at least 30-50% on average on both home and office internet even while connected to the "Fastest Server". Problem #2 - IP-Locked Websites If you're looking for Split Tunneling feature or whitelisting feature. You're out of luck. They don't prioritize this on their development. When you can't connect to websites that are locked to your original IP. (e.g. work-related websites) You'll have to disconnect EVERY TIME! A big hassle. Problem #3: Wi-Fi Printers - If you have a printer that has Wi-Fi printing. You can't print/scan while connected with NordVPN. They'll advise you to set up the VPN on the router. Heck, how do you do that? It's an office Wi-Fi. I can't just ask our IT to enable NordVPN just for me, right?

NordVPN worked mostly well for me, no big issues. After a year, I am thinking to renew, but I am finding it too expensive to purchase anymore... I cannot believe VPN has to be so expensive, especially given that more and more people are starting to use VPN. The advertisement says "2.29 GBP/month", but then you realize this is only true if you pay 3 years ahead. 1 year is 65 GBP. No-no, that's too much of a risk and investment. If they had the yearly plan for 2.29 x 12 GBP, I would buy it, but just not worth more to me.
Im going to be honest, i do NOT know what the thing is with trust pilot and Nord VPN, Ive used it for about a week or two now, My connection is perfect, Never drops, i get 70mbps(i have a 80mbps connection without vpn) They have responded to EVERY message I've sent going straight to the question and answering it. Honestly, i assure you they are not a bad vpn specially for the price, and I've done various security tests and it passes all of em. I understand customer service is subjective to whoever you end up talking to, but so far its been great. I totally suggest this vpn

I've been using NordVPN for a couple of years but just recently I've read they have NO clear No Logging Policy? IF true it's disappointing and I'll be switching provider when my current subscription runs out.
I have got 3y subs plan. At first they had only 5 servers for the country that i needed (Serbia) for streaming after that they have expanded to 39 servers which is awesome and it worked very well until few days ago i dont know if they have limited all server because i have done rigorous testing with all of the custom settings over their native app and openvpns etc and every server from #6 to #45 so all of them they have max download of 5Mbps. From different countries like any FROM EU work ok. I dont need from any other but one that i have mentioned. So overall my score for then is 0? why because i have asked them to take a look and i lost 1h on chat with support and they didnt want to look at their end at their servers. So either they are capping my bandwidth from those servers or there servers are shi**. update: over the weekends and at evenings/night its less then 1Mbps which is not even for a normal video call not to even mention streaming. update 20190907 this was fixed and now it works as "normal", thanks
Decided to try it out after seeing it advertised everywhere from YouTube to actual TV ads. I tried the 3-year plan as it made the most sense (cheaper than the rest on a per month basis) but refunded shortly after. My connections kept dropping and I tried the advice on the website to fix this to no avail. I also don't believe Nord are entirely secure. That said, the live chat replied swiftly and fully honoured a refunded (I was within my 30 days).
