Har haft NordVPN i 2 år og har været ganske tilfreds med dem! Min oplevelse af deres produkt har kun været godt, der var lige en overgang hvor der var problemer på mobilen, så kunne jeg ikke se netflix men det blev løst med en update.
Shocking service. Month trial free but your actually charged for it. That's why they offer a 30 day refund. Be aware checked bank account this morning and £106 taken out and hubby only signed up last week. Asked for a refund but no details taken as was speaking on behalf of husband via chat as no phone number!?!?! Didn't ask his name or anything I only provided his email. Sent script transaction to my email not his. Maybe instead of trying to make a quick buck actually be honest on your sale. Wrestle talk recommends you but I certainly don't. I would like my refund now please!! UPDATE!! you have just posted your reply yet one of your other guys have told me that the refund had been done and should be in my account by the end of next week!! So what one of you are lying and why won’t you give me my money back????
Very dishonest company. I asked money back after one day as the VPN did not work. Instead of giving me the money back they started giving me recommendations how I could make the product potentially work. I asked for my money back a second time. They told me I would get it but instead they continued charging me!!!
I've been using NordVPN for over 1 year now, and just renewed for 2 more years. The service works seamlessly on my Mac and iOS devices, and I can not recall a single issue with connecting to the service. I have used Nord while travelling to numerous countries including China. I enter my subscriber details into the app once, choose the country I wish to connect through, and everything works. I can change my server/country at the click of a button, and Nord are well represented across the globe. This can be helpful depending on the type of traffic you are dealing with. I do not know if NordVPN logs my activity or shares my data with third parties. If it were proven that they did, then I would drop them immediately. So far, that hasn't happened. The 1 year subscription option is really bad value for money, but I managed to get 2 years at 72% off which was quite good. Nord keep pushing you toward 3 years at 75% off, but I prefer a shorter term. Many of the YouTuber "special deals" are pretty much the same price as going directly through Nord, so don't get sucked into "75% off with my special promo code!!"- it is usually conditional on a 3 year plan. Being able to get 72% off over a shorter 2 year period is a big reason why I stayed with Nord. Despite some disturbing patterns in marketing behaviour in the form of unscrupulous reviews and obviously paid "unbiased" endorsements, I did not see this as a good reason to reject them. This is a common practice in the VPN industry, and I could find no other service that was any better than NordVPN in this respect. NordVPN does do one thing that earns them that extra bit of trust; they make it very easy to turn off auto-renewals. It's a one click process that is easy to find, and they don't send a ton of emails badgering you to re-subscribe when you lapse. I distrust services that make it difficult to disable auto-renewal, or harass you when you lapse, so I give NordVPN top marks in that respect. NordVPN tend to be a little more expensive than some other services, but for the hassle-free experience, I felt it was better to stick with the devil I know. PROS: ease of use, reliable connections, extensive worldwide server network, trustworthy mechanism for renewals. CONS: a little pricier than many other services. UNKNOWN: privacy practices, data security.
I have always been relatively conscious of my cyber-security, and have experimented with many different VPNs in the past. I have had many experiences with cheaper providers where issues have occurred - either I have not been able to connect at work, the connection has been unstable, or generally more trouble than it's worth, and therefore I have cancelled all of these subscriptions. However, when I received a scam email attempting to blackmail me with one of my passwords, although it is relatively unrelated, it acted as a reminder to stay on top of my internet security. I decided to bite the bullet and pay for a years subscription to one of the most expensive mainstream VPN providers. Nord VPN isn't without it's issues, I often have trouble connecting at work, and occasionally at home I have to turn it off as it's easier than it constantly reconnecting whilst walking between access points, however other than this, my experience has been relatively peaceful. Particularly on my iphone, the VPN never fails to connect, and simply runs in the background without any input at all. Although there are some minor issues, I have found this VPN to be the least painful of those that I have tried, and therefore I am satisfied. I really feel like it is important to take cyber-security seriously, and I think that in the future this technology will improve and become faster and more reliable, but until them I am happy that I can sleep a little easier at night knowing that my traffic is encrypted and my ip masked.
I use VPN since when I was 14 and I think I have tested something like 20-30 of them. :) PROS: Fantastic amount of servers and locations, although some of them are fake, but good anyway for geo-location when needed Incredibly low price but only on the long, 3 years plan CONS; - Software traffic leaks prevention is not implemented properly, it allows WebRTC/STUN leaks - Remote port forwarding does not exist - No IPv6 support at all - Linux support is poor and customer care is ignorant about Linux - Android app connects to personal data trackers - Their software is not open source so you can't examine it (I am not able to do it but knowing that someone more skilled than me could do it would be re-assuring) After I realized the above defects I asked for a refund and so far, after 5 days have passed by, I have not even received a reply. I will wait anyway. Needless to say that all the fake reviews in the paid reviews sites do not mention the big problems so I was unaware before I started using it by myself. The 1-star rating is because of the errors to prevent traffic leaks and lack of port forwarding support. For me, irritating to meet customer care persons who are not properly trained to Linux. IPv6 lack of support is not so dramatic nowadays but shows that they are not on the edge at all.
The idea of vpn security seems to be a good idea. But I have had trouble with Nord VPN. 1.All the Nord servers don't allow you to get to all of your bank, credit, or financial accounts. After going back and forth via email with Nord customer svc, I finally get a server I can use. After a few months, the server doesn't work. I then via. email have to go back to cus svc for another server. It is inconvenient but has worked til now. Now the servers given to me aren't allowing me to get to all of my accts. 2. Communication with Nord VPN is only through email. It takes time to get the problem solved going back and forth via email. They don't have direct phone communication nor even text chat to immediately get an answer to my problem. 3. Bottom line: Nord VPN security has to me a problem with dedicated servers. Also a clumsy communications problem. If you need to view an acct, do you really want to wait a couple of days until you are able to use the VPN security to view an acct. Is there another VPN provider that have better customer service without the server problems that I have encountered? I am just trying to state the facts of my problem with Nord VPN. I am not trying to bad mouth Nord VPN. But I feel there are shortcomings to their service. I will say that they have been very respectful and do try to fix the problems.
I bought the VPN 2 months ago and it has been brilliant. A few small speed issue but great overall.
Beware of scram practice by NordVPN. I am taking them to UK small claims court and I'll explain why. NordVPN falsely shows you prices in the UK as GBP. When it summarises your charges on the check out page, it tells you it will charge you £XX.XX. Fine until this point but when they charge your card, it is in USD. So what you actually pay can be unto £10-20 higher than shown on screen. When I contacted them about this, they told me they charge in USD so they can't control market rates. But then, when I asked for refund, they were happy to provide one straight away. I was thinking, wow, that is a great company. But guess what? The refund comes back in GBP but they issue it as USD, again quoting their market rates, they pay you LESS than what they charge you at. So even if you pay any amount and go for refund in 30 days, you end up losing at least £20-25. That is really down to their false advertising and trying to take advantage of this. I am going to not only file charge back claim with my credit card provider for this but also going to file a claim in small claims court. This is unacceptable since the credit card charge screen must convert the price to whatever comparable GBP value is. Not guess it.
If you cancel your subscription you NEED TO ASK FOR A REFUND. That is unacceptable, such things are supposed to be automatic.
