Eindeutig der beste VPN Anbieter. Sehr schnelle Verbindungen, keine Verbindungsabbrüche und bei Problemen reagiert der Kundendienst sehr schnell und kompetent. Seit Einführung von VPN Protokoll - NordLynx ist die Verbindung nochmals um ca. 30% schneller. Sehr erfreulich wäre es, wenn das Programm auch in deutscher Sprache verfügbar wäre. Ich kann NordVPN aus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen.

Terrible customer service. Rude, arrogant and condescending. I sent 9 emails, each time asking the same question. Each reply they refused to answer the question, rather, they just sent "cut a pasted" a standard response. There are so many good VPN providers on the market today. Do yourself a favour and go with a company that values its clients. Nord VPN clearly does not value clients.

Speeds are average for my tests. UI design is good,has a killswitch (which is a must for a VPN) and has a fair amount of settings. Monthly subscription is expensive so they can try and lock you into a long term commitment like 2 or even 3 years. Prices could be better for shorter term commitments. Other VPNs have fairer prices.
