I have tried the so called “tested” top 10 vpns paid versions. Having all paid versions running each on their own testing speed, servers numbers, tower numbers, country’s, rented towers, servers that are based in 5, 9 and 14 eyes countries are clearly the least secure for security. Only countries that have none extradition laws can uphold their security if law enforcement. And you must check to see if those such places with vpns actually NOT store ANY personal clients information on servers. VPN companies like NordVPN will show boast about having private companies do random checks to prove this. Read and read more before you buy anything but rest assured you will not go wrong with NordVPN or any or their products. As stated above I personally tested many others and NordVPN can out above all of them. And with the 3 year offer they have out I seen recently wow. That blows away any offer out there!
Terrible. Doesn't work. Can't connect. Customer service is totally useless. Signed up for 3 years and I am now screwed out of my money. These people should be in jail. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!
Horrible/ rude customer service. I was charged for their 3 year service when I signed up to be charged monthly. When I noticed (I was creating a business account) I requested a refund and to continue to be charged monthly and was told no because it had exceeded their 30-day money-back guarantee policy. I signed up for their business plan and was charged for 25 users before chatting with Nathan from Customer Service. We'll be canceling and looking elsewhere now.
Was great until the last update. Now it takes forever to connect and doesn't stay connected. Just renewed for two years. Very disappoinrted.
They are a fraud, i paid for 3 years plan using crypto, to use UAE server, now i can not use UAE not any server because their windows app is blocked, i asked for a solution they couldn't provide any so i asked to refund the rest of my payment they said NO! And the dude was customer success manager! They are a huge scam
Simply fraudulent! Misadvertise products and then say they're" under maintenance". One of the main reasons I bought a 3-year subscription with NordVPN is because they include Smart DNS servers in the plan, they even have support pages on how to set it up on different devices, which is essential to me as one of the devices is LG Smart TV with WebOS and they don't have VPN support for that device. A few months into the subscription and I try that Smart DNS service and it doesn't connect. When I contacted customer service they simply said they no longer support it even though the website still shows that feature as part of their services. When I challenged that they passed me to another agent who said the feature is under development, when I argued under development means it's a new feature while the website clearly says it's available he then backtracked and said apologies for the type he meant under maintenance! I stated that it's clearly they false advertise features and I want cancellation and a refund they simply said you're past the 30-day refund window and that's it! I've been a customer for 2 years before this 3 year agreement kicked in and I researched before renewing but had no issues so far and didn't need to contact them before. I will never buy any of their products again and never recommend them.
Avoid this service, joined for the three year offer and was big mistake. After being told it was a simple setup tried for weeks to get it up and running. Customer service's first piece of advice was to change time code. No difference, so after lots of emails and advice multi screen shots change this change that. I had finaly had enough when after weeks of advice came back an email to change the time code?? After asking for a refund as it obviously was not working on my setup. Nordvpn refuse to refund as it had passed the trail date even though I had never, never connected to their service not even once for two seconds ?? So save your money or spend it wisely on a proper provider with an automated setup. As they kept my money for a service they could not provide.
Experienced spotty service and many connection issues during the first year of my subscription. Auto-connect feature was extremely unreliable on the MacOS app and often left me browsing unprotected. I was also disappointed by the lack of a killswitch feature on the new version of the app. I decided that another service could meet my needs better and attempted to cancel my service and ask for a partial refund. The support agent was extremely unhelpful with this request and refused to offer any sort of refund. I would not recommend locking yourself into a subscription with NordVPN.
