DNS is slow, and sometimes causes significant (30+ seconds) delays when browsing. Doesn't work with Amazon Fire TV devices. Tech support uninterested in solving problems.

Where and how do I find the means for this NordVPN work for me? Everytime I go onto Pirate Bay etc, I keep getting told I am not protected. Got that frustrating I gave up in the end. I did speak to a guy one day long back but was more confused than when I started. I'm not too savvy of what is happening, all I want is some new music. Quite happy with the service, always works but not in a way I can successfully use it.

I have no problem with the service they offer. My problem is the fact that they have no customer service by telephone. I am not a typist so having to explain either tech or billing problems by typing is really a bit much. When I first signed up I had a technical problem it was almost impossible to explain by typing.

I have found NORD available within a reasonable time to answer my specific questions about how to find special servers, and to get answers to questions about how to access different sites that are hard to get. So, its a reliable VPN generally but also in special cases when needed.
