Quite often I can't even connect to the internet when Nord VPN is active, if I turn it off, I can connect. I am using Windows 10 Home and a Cisco Wi-Fi router (DPC 3848VM) which is provided by my ISP. Initially I tried to resolve the problems following the Help pages, but I found it very time consuming with no resolution, and quite frankly when I purchase a product, I expect it to work without having to be a repair technician.

Good prices and good performance. I can easily achieve speeds of about 200 Mbit/s. Customer support is also very good in case you need it. However, must say that while there no lag if connect to a server in the same country (7-15 ms), there will be some lag if you connect to a service in a distant country.
