I don’t recommend Nord anymore. I got myself stuck with them by paying for a long time in advance (the price is good). Since I started with them, the software has been continually dumbed-down, and removed more and more user control. The software “quick connect” selects “the best” server (according to what? They wouldn’t tell me), which often results in a poor connection, or the country over, which I didn’t want. It has also (on Mac anyway) started to look more and more hobbled together and like it’s from 1992. Their support is dismissive if you try to ask them about protocols, or they just straight up admit that they don’t know. On top of all this, they have been compromised and it seems like they would have kept it quiet had they not been found out.

All function and usage is ok! But few issues is on lan, can't connect with certain local host ( with all setting ok ) with this issue I don't have possibility to individuate a master problem, this is in random mode ,today with one host tomorrow with another.

Use Linux version on desktop and laptop, android and ios on phones. fast .no problems and best of all easy to use. No problems using free wifi either.

Reasonably good value. Quality has fallen as server farms become more busy and VPN performance degrades. Android clients perform very well. Continued issues with Win10 clients losing credentials. Incredibly frustrating for security-conscious users with long passwords. Our family purchased multiple year plans in advance but are closely monitoring competition for better performance and value. We will likely try a different service once our existing plan expires.
