They should have a disclaimer that it is not functional in regions like the UAE. I tried everything with their support using different protocols such as IKEv2 and in combination with several devices with different OS but to no avail. It would continuously cut the internet dead as it seems the authorities make an active effort to find the IP pool that NordVPN uses either via the traffic or direct access to their platform to scrape all the addresses they refresh. I feel that NordVPN should do a much better job in combatting their efforts in trying to silence the use of VPN as the money comes out of our pockets at the end.

I have no reference point, but Nord VPN does the job with few problems. I have had an issue with software updates - and the VPN takes a heavy toll on speed. It's an acceptable tradeoff for privacy.

NordVPN is fast but the Mac app is very buggy. It seems testing and QC is not done. I'm very hesitant to install new upgrades but do anyway because I hope the bugs have been fixed. They have sometimes but new bugs is always introduced... If I could I'd go back 3 to 4 versions when it was working and was almost free of bugs...

Great performance, stable connection, but I have discovered the hard way (some of my web services stopped working) that some of their servers are operating on a blackholed network which is part of a larger criminal organization and I have reported my finding to NordVPN and it doesn't seem to bother them, since the servers are still operational several months later.
