I've had no problems with this service. It has allowed me to securely conduct banking at my US bank from my UK home. Never a need to call customer service, easy updates, and transparency in tech news sources concerning problems that were discovered with their leased server hardware. My one beef - I'd like updates to NOT require me to login every time.
