I had connectivity issues, which made me unable to surf the web while connected to VPN. Lewis sent me links to do stuff that required doing, and the links had descriptive instructions that were easy to follow. My problem was resolved.
Since getting the NordVPN app, I have had nothing but problems, affecting my Internet connection and emails! I was with ExpressVPN but changed to Nord when my subscription expired,because of price! Worse move ever! Even though I still have nearly 3 yrs subscription left with Nord.. I AM GOING BACK TO EXPRESSVPN! It is very true the saying' You get what you pay for in life!' * Nordvpn, is cheap for a reason, it is very unreliable, PURE RUBBISH and has useless and elusive so called customer support! * The customer support is diabolical, IF YOU CAN CONTACT SOMEONE!!! The last support rep I had called Wayne, was there one minute supposedly dealing,THEN JUST LEFT ME WAITING, after 25 minutes I realised he wasn't coming back! Do yourself a favour pay more to get a decent and reliable VPN, Cheaper isn't always better! Certainly not in Nords case!

Sophie was great she helped me but didn't take me through loads problems to get to my end goal. Although I am ending my service she made it a non-stressful process and if she could be recommended for commendation I think she should.
