Average vpn and over priced, I was disappointed with the speeds, less than 24 hours after purchasing this I requested a refund, they sent a reply to try to convince to me keep the product but I declined as I have a better VPN service already, long story short the 30 day money back garuntee is a myth, you won't get a refund. Avoid unless you enjoy disappointment and frustration at a customer service team who are extremely elusive unless it comes to helping you part with your money.

I have used various VPNs but stopped after finding NordVPN and have used them for at least 3 years now. I do a lot of traveling in Asia and Europe and this works really well. I had to use their support function for help a couple of times when installing on different devices or because I messed up something and they are SUPER quick in responding and very helpful. Bottom line - they are really good
Very disappointed with the lack of warning concerning the sending of emails and accessing websites to make alterations etc at the time of taking out my subscription. For reasons directly connected with the Covid restrictions I did not need to access my website or send emails from my laptop for some time. When I then tried to access the site and send emails I was unable to do so. I spent hours researching the problem with my ISP, Microsoft and the Internet in general - all to no avail. Because I could send emails on my phone and desktop I did not give it a thought that Nordvpn could be the culprit. However when disconnecting the service on my laptop, the problem was cured - outside the 30 day period for refunds. The Company promptly answered my queries and suggested ways to rectify the problem by changing the servers - again, nothing worked. I have been refused a refund but for me the product is not fit for purpose. Why can't the company explain the possible difficulties with emails etc at the time of purchase? By doing so I would have identified my problem very quickly within the 30-day window for refund.

After initiating a free trial I received some unexpectedly large bills and needed to cancel the subscription. There was no fuss and I was swiftly assisted with my request. Totally impressed and will probably take up the subscription in the future.
