Does what the ad says, and each time you run Nord it allocates a different IP address, defaulting to your country of origin. You can select another country of your choice if you wish to. Easy to set up and run, even if you’re tech minded. It has on odd occasions blocked access to some sites, but that I believe is to do with the site itself, not Nord. Gets my recommendation.

Has worked for me every single time!
