I tried Ivacy for my Kodi SPMC TV but it would not install and their support was not helpful. I am attempting to obtain a refund from them but they just ignore my continuous emails. They offer a 7 day money back guarantee and as I've had no response I have opened a dispute with Paypal. It's a shame that companies such as Ivacy turn a deaf ear when one is entitled to a refund, but maybe the negative publicity will make them pull their socks up. Ivacy is not a company to deal with. The good thing about bad reviews is that they get things done, saving yourself time and effort. I received an email from Ivacy this morning saying that they have refunded my money but there was no explanation or apology for ignoring my repeated requests. However they did include the sentence: “We have checked and found that you have posted a review please proceed to remove it”. What a cheek!
