Take care of the address of the server which is online when U try the manually setup … it doesnt work ! (then on a mac their software only works on macos10.10,, so you have to do the setup manually) , BUT the assistance immediatly gave me the good one…and it works right away !

I started using Ivacy several days ago, and unable to connect to OpenVPN protocol. The support is totally not helpful. I've tried everything they told me, and nothing works. They keep telling me to do the same thing over and over, and ignore my refund request. This is a total waste of time. It's better to pay more and get better service and higher quality VPN
