i was having a difficult time with my tech guy and i was sent to Vladimir who had helped me one other time quite a while back. he was super easy to talk to and understood immediately what i needed to get me back into the Two countries that i had been locked out of. he was very quick ( unlike me with this letter to vouch for his amazingness!!, i have not been well but i didn't forget ) however he made sure i understood what he was doing and I was following along so i could switch between three countries on my own. he was super helpful and is definitely my new go to guy for any problems or questions that i will have in the future. he was very professional and made sure that i had everything i needed taken care of before ending our chat. and i have not had one problem since we talked which is one bonus to me taking so long to write this. it clearly shows that he did an excellent job and knows what he is doing. thanks for everything Vladimir!!!!! vanessa

After trying for two days to connect to the VPN, help desk support tried to assist on live chat. When that was not successful a TeamViewer connection was made by Vladimir who after much effort and swopping of router managed to find the problem and correct it. VPN is now working. Excellent support

Данные после черты неактуальны! Качество самого VPN-сервиса хорошее, скорость высокая, обрывов нет. Но после заказа проверьте почту спустя пару часиков, могут попросить верификацию. И она идёт очень неспешно! Если ответите сразу - аккаунт не станут блокировать и проблем как у меня не будет. Пока что это - единственный минус сервиса. --- После покупки VPN эти ребята могут попросить вас верифицироваться, т.е. скинуть фотку с паспортом, или фотку лицевой части карточки с именем. А потом они просто молча блокируют аккаунт. Если вы выбираете VPN - выберите другого провайдера. Эти вас кинут.
