I am zoog customer since 2018. I really love this product as it support all devices and various protocols. Recently account was downgraded to 20 servers. However after working out with custome care they were generous enough to upgrade my account for 3 years with all locations enabled. This has now proved that company do care for their customers and step in when needed to provide support we need.

Very slow speeds! I was thinking about this VPN so I decided to give it a try and test free version before buying. I live in Turkey and because VPNs are blocked I wasn't able to connect it on the default protocols so I activated ZoogShadowing to bypass restrictions but I the speeds weren't good at all. I have got 400+ ping, about 2.58 Mbps and 0.37 Mbps upload (My speed without VPN is usually 22 Mbps download and 5.6 Mbps upload!

I have been a lifetime user of these guys for over two years. Good speeds, works with socks 5 and a stable client for various platforms. My gripe: used to have many servers available but they have been pulling them back for us lifetime users not sure if there is a streaming/netflix server for US anymore (I am guessing that is discouraged for us?) Other than that, I really like their web UI which shows server load, ovpn configs easy to setup with lots of helpful documentation. Cant argue with the value, their speeds are some of the fastest ive tested (I have several lifetime subs).

Joined on a 2 year contract when their advertised ITV Hub & BBC iPlayer live TV we’re working fine but after 6 months both were BLOCKED and were not available anymore!. After numerous complaints & tiresome emails I was told to go through TVPlayer! My point being if you advertise a service which is no longer being delivered then you are in breach of contract. I tried to unsubscribe but to no avail. I will fulfil my 2 year subscription but would never use this company again. I would advise Everybody not to go into a lengthy subscription as this VPN business changes on a daily basis!

Super Service. It works very well. with very high speeds and at very low price. Support Services are good and fast to respond. I use it on my ANDROID TV and I stream in 4k without problems. I have tried many VPN Services and ZOOGVPN is the best!
