Only reason for acquiring ZenMate was access to British streaming, but too often it is not available for a very long time. And when you ask support, you get a song and a dance - complaining about that they sing even louder. No acceptable explanation.

I installed the ZenMate App on my Mac and Internet doesn't work anymore. It is slow or even nothing happens. I am using firefox. On my windows client in the ofice I only installed the browser plugin and it works not so bad, but also sometimes the internet connection broke down. Thus I have two different environments and one doesn't work, the other not so good.
