The product works. When it stopped working I opened a chat up with Surfshark technical support from their web site and they knew exactly what to do and it was resolved within a minute! Amazing product, amazing support.

This VPN is dirt cheap and seems to be really good, and their customer service is actually knowledgeable, like you are actually talking to a computer engineer over their live chat, it makes setting the VPN up soooo much easier when there is a pro helping you, especially if you are new to VPN's - this company seems to be going places!
