Australian servers are pathetically slow and provide rubbish inconsistent speeds. Netflix is blocked on any USA server you try from Australia. Torrent sites like 1337x are blocked by cloudflare because of SurfSharks IP addresses, so whats the point of having a VPN? Going back to Torguard, sorry! *******UPDATE******************************** For some reason it wont let me reply to your question, so im editing this one. Yes i spoke with customer support and was told that it must be my internet and to access Netflix USA, i need to add the browser extension. Firstly im on 100/50 Fiber and get constant 98mbps and get okay speeds with Torguard, hence trying Surfshark due to the reviews. I get no where near 6mbps let alone 20% drop as per other reviews. its a 90% plus drop in speed. Secondly i dont want to access Netflix on my browser, im using tv through openvpn router. And didnt receive an answer about the torrent sites, only to try other servers??? Not working, means not working. I will however add that your customer support was pretty quick at trying to help

Was easy to join and pay for. App is excellent, but server speeds are terrible. One minute Sydney is great running at 55mbps, then 1mbps, same with Melbourne. Shame as i was looking for a better provider than Torguard.

This is a good VPN for watching Netflix. My wife and I signed up for Surfshark to try to watch American Netflix in Iceland. Due to the features of the service, I find myself constantly connected for pretty much everything I do. I haven't had any issues with the service on Windows, but I have had issues with the iOS app, which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars, but the support team is very easy to reach, and they're very helpful when it comes to troubleshooting issues and getting connected again. Regardless of if I'm on my computer or my phone, when I'm connected, I have zero issues surfing the net, and the speeds are acceptable. I would - and have - recommend Surfshark to anyone looking for a decent VPN service.

I have never before received such excellent customer service as i have with this website. fast knowledgeable and willing to admit that if they dont know they will find out for you no matter what it takes.
