Go for it! Best VPN provider. Speed, price, everything is there
Has a few good features others don't offer, but I have to turn it off most of the time to access most websites, bypass is practically useless and if you have to bypass everything then what good is a VPN .
Customer service refused to honor time the service was not working for over 9 months due to error with no good help from customer support until all that time had passed. Over 9 months I spent at least 7 hours of my time trying over countless attempts & quit it seemed pointless trying any longer. Edit.. Wow.. I just contacted customer service like I was asked to do after the review shown above and I have never been so insulted by a service agent named Travis in my life!! Treated me like a child & kept asking to explain what my problem was repeatedly after I explained numerous times. He kept using words like "well then" & so what's the problem repeatedly. I wouldn't use this service again.
I love using Surfshark VPN. My ISP blocked a game I like to play but with my VPN I can access it with no problems. I can watch Netflix content from outside the UK and stream Kodi & download the odd torrent etc without slowdown because of traffic shaping or being blocked. I recommended Surfshark to my friends who also value their online privacy. I didn't hesitate to take out a 2 year plan and will do again nearer the end of my contract. Surfshark regularly update the software and have recently provided new tools which I'll consider using in the near future. If you're considering a VPN then look no further than Surfshark. You won't look back. I don't work nor affiliated with Surfshark, I just enjoy their service.
If we are talking about my smartphone I can't begin to tell you what this change has made in my life. After being hacked back in March of this year my life became a living nightmare. Surfshark VPN is great and very affordable so far but I would still like the company to work towards improving on the speed aspect. What makes a VPN to stand out 100% from the rest is the speed and if the speed is not there that means the service is not yet perfect. Besides, another thing that makes Surfshark the best is the fact that you can use it in multiple devices which is not found anywhere among it's competitors. Others will restrict your usages to just 3, 4, 5, or 6 devices only. I would really like to ask the Surfshark team to work and make the speed of their software as fast as possible in order to have them occupy the very first spot in the market. Apart from that, everything else works just fine!
