Surfshark me protège et je le crois, mais cela ne se voit pas. C'est un produit qui s'adresse à des gens qui ont une bonne connaissance de l'informatique. Il est question de proxi, d'adresse IP, de serveur, bref de choses que je ne connais pas bien et je m'y perds à essayer de comprendre. De plus il faut comprendre comment ça marche sur mon ordinateur, mais aussi sur mon téléphone et sur ma Freebox. Un manuel en français m'aiderait beaucoup surtout rédigé par un informaticien français Bien sûr que vous risquez d'avoir la même demande pour l'Allemagne, l'Italie,etc... Un tuto YouTube spécifique pour Surfshark en français ferait aussi l'affaire. Je garde Surfshark car je crois que c'est bien, mais j'aimerais comprendre. En tout cas je salue les efforts que vous faites pour répondre à mes mails de demande d'explication, mais cela ne suffit pas. Cordialement

Absolute scam of an app, barely works for a couple of months, always significantly slower than normal internet access, and then it stops working with Outlook! 2 days and 7 hours spent on the customer support chat to be told "I'm cancelling your account but you wont be refunded, it doesn't matter if the app has an issue, you can only get a refund in the first 30 days" It's Outlook! I'm currently working from home and cannot work without Outlook! Don't be like me, stay away from this scammers
