I moved from my previous VPN (NordVPN) to SurfShark because NordVPN did no offer a “whitelist” option. Many of the websites I most commonly visit (banks, Amazon etc.) either would not allow me to logon via a VPN or made me jump through extra security hoops. With SurfShark, I can access named sites without going via the VPN, which cures the problem. And SurfShark is quite a bit cheaper!
El VPN que escojes queda grabado y despues es dificil reconectarse a otras redes de seguridad. Cuando te conectas la direccion IP queda cambiada en el computador o el software sigue funcionando, lo que sucede es que con algunas redes de seguridad como las del trabajo, no la admite despues como validas, esto da como resultado que haya un error con el servidor DNS Y no reconozca el las senales de internet. En resumidas cuentas te puede ayudar en la casa pero te hace estragos en el trabajo porque te quedas allá sin internet (si es una red de seguridad especial), asi el software no esté en uso.
I have been really pleased with Surfshark since I first took out my one month subscription in March and have now subscribed for 2 years. I must say that for the price it is such good value for money. It is so simple to use, especially the browser extension which is very useful if you can't connect to a particular channel using the app! Customer service are very helpful and quick to answer on the live chat. Overall I am very happy with Surfshark and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable VPN.
Surfshark heeft de beste prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Installeert erg makkelijk de verbinding is snel en stabiel. Kortom: best value for money.
De reklamerede med, at deres tjeneste kunne bruges til ALLE devices og styresystemer, men efter megen skriveri frem og tilbage med deres kundeservice, kunne de så konkludere, at deres tjeneste IKKE var kompatibel med Mac-computere overhovedet; man kunne fx ikke se BBC iPlayer, som de ellers reklamerede med. De reklamerede også med lynhurtig forbindelse, men ved at bruge deres hurtigste server, så hastigheden kun komme op på omkring 800 kb/s. Det er ikke hurtigt i 2020. Jeg var i sin tid glad for PIA, som virkede meget bedre end Surfshark. Venlig kundeservice, men produktet er overhovedet ikke godt nok.
The experience got off to a bad start with many connection problems. However the email and chat line eventually sorted things out and for nearly 2 months we have expereinced great service.
My main disappointment is that I have to disconnect Surfshark too often in order to gain access to normal commercial websites. I don’t doubt the effectiveness of its security features.
