I'm based in Ireland and was able to access BBC iPlayer on my phone and on Sony smart TV. However, Netflix detected the VPN every time on both phone and TV. In fact I could not even access Netflix Ireland with the Irish server - finally I had to use the splitter and exclude Netflix from Surfshark. Rather defeats the whole purpose!

Never had a VPN before but really please with the service I’ve received. Got a very good price compared to what other VPN’s were offering. When I did encounter any problems the customer service was extensive and solved my problem.

Tolles VPN mit vielen Standorten. Die grafische Oberfläche unter Windows ist sehr toll. Jedoch nur 4 Sterne weil unter (Arch) Linux gibt es keine grafische Oberfläche(muss auch nicht aber eine Möglichkeit zum Einstellen von Kill-Switch etc wäre Eünschens).

Ein perfekter und preisgünstiger VPN-Client, der keinerlei Wünsche offen lässt. Er ist leicht zu bedienen, auf allen Plattformen einsetzbar und wird permanent weiter entwickelt. Zudem gibt es keine Beschränkungen an gleichzeitig genutzten Geräten - wie das bei anderen Mitbewerbern sonst der Fall ist! Der Service per Chat ist ebenfalls kompetent und schnell. Zudem ist das preisliche Angebot (2 Jahre plus Gratismonate) eines der günstigsten welches es derzeit auf dem Markt gibt. Für mich zudem ein wesentliches Kaufkriterium - die NO-LOG-Policy des Herstellers.
