Just purchased today. Love that all the devices are covered. I am not very tech savvy, but customer service was readily available (3pm EST). I mainly purchased for use with the firestick and had an issue finding the Surfshark app. Customer service had me connected within 10 min.

Instructions on the manual setup are a bit dodgy, but the support is wonderful. I was setup in 10 minutes and you have half the globe as countries to chose from. Very GOOD service for a very reasonable price
