I have flawlessly used Surfshark fro the past two months and it has operated as advertised. Have used Speedtest to check for any drop in performance due to the VPN. I have seen none. In addition, I purchased a new iPad and Jef from customer service stayed with me every step of the way and the VPN was installed on the new ipad with ease. Well done across the board!! I am a fan!

omg these people are rubbish, loads of sites and games wont work, they asked for the diagnostic report and said " we no what the problem is IPv6 is enabled turn it off and it will be ok" ... OMG IPv6 was NOT enabled... these guys not only dont know what they are doing they are probably the worst VPN supplier EVER

Dear reader: I am not an easy person when it comes to technology, internet, VPN, etc. Before I joint Surfshark, I had tried and bought VPNs from 3 TOP VPN providers (as a matter of respect and professionalism, I shall not mention their names) and just a few days after each purchase, I cancelled and got my money back. I believe this is self-explanatory that how difficult I am that the world's TOP 3 VPN providers were unable to satisfy me. When I joint Surfshark, because of my previous bad experiences with the other VPN providers, and that I had lost my trust, I was looking for an excuse to cancel and get my money back from Surfshark as well. Any time I went online chat with Surfshark to express my dissatisfaction and get my money back, I was treated in such a high, knowledgeable, kind and professionalism manor, that I felt ashamed of myself for such wrong thoughts that I had created in my imaginations about Surfshark. Surfshark technicians are capable of remotely magical conversions and installations for no extra cost. If it comes to it, they even spend hours online to teach you IT and how the technology works and even installations of softwares that are not even a part of the service that you have paid for. Online chat Surfshark technicians have creative minds. A bit of exaggeration, they are like a car mechanic that is capable of fitting a BMW gearbox on a Ford transit Van. They installed Surfshark VPN on an IPTV box that, I had no doubt that it would not be possible to do so. I chatted online with them for at least 10 times and each time for hours, that I can easily say in total they must have spent at least 20 hours of on line chat with me. They eventually managed to install Surfshark on an impossible device for me. They even extended a generous 6 months extra subscription on the top of my actual subscription. The security, speed, ease of use of their App, connection speed, etc. are beyond your imaginations. The speed is so good that I sometimes think that the VPN is turned off, whereas it has been constantly on. I have been using Surfshark for more than 2 months now. I have not even a single time experienced any disconnection, interruption, or lack of service. I believe that even the Fire wall of china is nowhere near the capability of stopping it. I live in London, the UK. Last night I heard my children were delightfully shouting from the living room. I rushed to see what the reason would be; Daddy, daddy, we are connected to Netflix in the USA, we can now watch the movies we always wished to watch. 2 years Peace of mind, security, safety, speed, 24/7 extra professional support and unlimited device for what price? For the price of a few cheese and tomato sandwiches. The happiness that Surfshark has created for my family is priceless. I have always been proud and boasted that in any dispute I have entered with any seller and/or company/organisation, I have been the winner. I should admit this first time defeat. Thanks to Surfshark.

Surfshark staff are insanely helpful. take Edd for example. gave me answers that were insightful while being cheerful at the same time. the kind hearted customer service and info driven explanations were most welcomed. keep up the good work Edd. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Fantastic job. Will recommend to friends and family to use surfshark VPN

Jeff from Surfshark helped me out with my Linux distro. I was having issues connecting to their servers and he was able to find the issues and correct like a real pro. I believe with someone like that at the helm of training or management will help that company immensely. After all, I did sign up for a 2 year subscription and I will want people that competent if I ever need them again. P.S. Jeff if you ever get a chance to see this, you really are Superman bro!

Bin durch Zufall auf Surfshark VPN gestossen. Ich hatte vorher verschiedene namhafte VPN Anbieter im Einsatz. Was mir gleich positiv aufgefallen ist. Unbegrenzte Anzahl von Geräten, bei den anderen bis max. 6 Geräte. Natürlich habe ich Surfschark VPN mit verschiedenen Tools auf die VPN-Sicherheit getestet und war überrascht, das alles im grünen Bereich ist. Und einfach einzurichten. Klasse weiter so. Und ein großes Lob an den Kundendienst, der mein Anliegen schnellstens gelöst hat. Zweijahres Lizenz habe ich auch gekauft.

Initially I had problems in one country to get through their firewalls but thanks to their customer care and particular mention to Bryan, I've got it fixed for all my devices across IOS, Android and Windows. He made my day and shall any problem happen again, I know they won't let me down.
