Heb deze nav test gekocht maar zie nu niet echt een voordeel. Sommige devices worden er langzamer door en dat wil je uiteraard niet. Verdere voordelen zie ik eigenlijk niet maar het zou ook door onkunde kunnen komen.

Generally very satisfied with security aspects of Surfshark. A wide range of location and connection choices powered by Surfshark and Trust DNS. Most apparent benefit in using Surfshark VPN is elimination of unwanted advertisements while browsing. I would give Surfshark a 5 Star rating if it had the full ability to hide my location, unfortunately on some websites, it detected that I was using a Virtual Private Network. Even though I followed Surfshark instructions to prevent leaks, it failed to hide me completely. I was also not really happy with the support I got, since I had 3 agents looking into my issues when only one is required. It took 3 because my case keeps getting passed on. Each time I had to explain problem again and resubmit screenshots of my issue. Using only one support per case is better, because then there will be accountability and he/she can follow through right to the end without multiple explanations. Fortunately, there were posted instructions within the app to address some of the more common issues. One other advantage in using Surfshark is that you are able to register an unlimited number of devices to the VPN account. Overall, I am quite happy with my 3 year subscription for US $69, but I hope to see further improvements to address the shortcomings that I have mentioned.

Pros Cheap Fast Stable connection Many server locations Good support Private buying options Multi hop vpn wireguard support soon Unlimited devices! (not sure this is actually a good idea for surfshark :), much abuse possible) Cons Not the best Linux app, PIA and ExpressVPN wins here imo. I have over 7 paid VPN subs and a few free ones. Surfshark is the best overall currently for me.

Solid VPN, great variety of countries to choose from if that's your thing. I will say however that sometimes I have to hop off it to see certain pages or update my apps with no issue. But apart from that, always on it.
