I really wouldn't put much attention to my review at this moment. I've only been using it for about a month. I don't know how much I like it yet. I find that sometimes it takes a minute to open up and other times it opens right away. I tried to download something while using it and I had gotten a letter from Comcast. I purchased the VPN to ease my mind. I'm not sure if I can. I don't believe that you can go only where a service you pay for tells you to go. I think if you pay for privacy, you should get it.
