Does what it's meant to do, one issue i face is that every time i reset my firestick, i have to side load the app as the app via firestick doesn't work. If i wasn't tech savy then this would be a bigger issue.

One of the things that attracted me to Surfshark was their Smart DNS feature that enables you to watch US only Netflix content on your smart TV. They even have specific instructions on how to use smart DNS with your smart LG TV (which I have), and this made me feel more confident about signing up. Its been over a week now and smart DNS is still not working for US Netflix content on my TV. This is after numerous troubleshooting attempts and live chats with Surfshark staff. Surfshark staff have told me that they are having issues with Smart DNS and are trying to rectify the problem. Hopefully this can be fixed soon as this would be a handy feature to access if it worked easily.
