Here what I have discovered after a few weeks using Surfshark. It has a great feature, gives unlimited devices access; moreover, the cost is probably the lowest among all VPNs. Under windows os the speed of the servers is good, in Android TV os the speed decreases significantly, but it's still good enough for fhd streaming. It works well allowing to access many foreign contents and TV providers, however, when I have tested it with both Netflix and Amazon Prime, I couldn't start streaming any video because the vpn had been detected and streaming was blocked. So far, Surfshark is not suitable for this two platforms. I recommend it if you need your privacy, if you want to have access to foreign contents (excluding Netflix and Prime), if you need to connect many devices and much more, and for all this you ask for a great price.
