It takes a few attempts to connect successfully. Google detected the VPN and changed the browsing settings and I have to reset manually to overcome it.

While the product is great, customer service and capabilities are limited. I was attempting to change the payment method for my account and found that there was nothing online and contact with Customer Service further informed me that there was no mechanism available to perform this function. The only option is to cancel the current account and create a new account. Very cumbersome.

Hi Surfsark - thanks for your reply - it still does not address the issue of the outstanding ticket. I am a lot more than sorry that it didnt work out for me. Surshark does not block or tunnel ipv6 so leaks my ip at times - which is very worrying.. Surfshark on Mobile leaks ip even after changing APN to ivp4. E.G. when I choose Madrid as my ip on my mobile (mobile network not wifi) ipleak.net says I am in uk. Surfshark have been at best unhelpfulful with this outstanding ticket. The chat help is first class - they do all they can. But their help is limited in the face of these issues. I have disabled ipv6 on pc so in general its ok - however when you select your ip to be Madrid and you later find your ip in Sweden its just not up to the mark really.. Surfshark on My firestick is sporadic and sometimes leaks my ip. Surfshark is useless on my mobile. I would certainly not buy it again. After all these problems I asked for at least a portion of my money back after 2 months use but that was refused as I was well out of the free trial which is fair enough. My advice is buy a diffeent vpn but before you do read everything you can on ivp6 and Webrtc and ip leaks with vpn then choose wisely otherwise you will be very disappointed. I have had an outstanding ticket with them for sometime but the only communication I have had from them is that they want me to rate the app. I would have given them no stars but that was not an option.
