This is my first VPN. I used it to view TV outside of my country and until now it's OK. Rarely I had some problem but the assistance team is very efficient to solve it
I was skeptical but purchased it with the thought if it doesn't work i ask a refund. have tested on several countries and amazing how fast and stable the connection remains, used it for Netflix, testing buying local products, Almost no loss with my local internet speed tested with fast.com
Top notch except when using security cameras. The connection gets to slow and times out. Otherwise recommended.
Easy to sign up.Good filter of unwanted ads. Ability to select which location access to use when logging on and is easy to use. Queries directed to help desk were responded to quickly. Detailed responses provided and options suggested to remediate. Follow-ups to ensure that issues were remediated were appreciated.

I spoke to a man called Thomas, Had a problem with the Surfshark VPN. He spoke to me on the live chat for over 3 hours. I disconnected plenty of times doing what was asked of me, I connected again, Picked up straight where we left off. It honestly felt like a friend was helping me through something, Rather than a business. Absolutely exceptional customer service. If every company had that level of care, Consumers would be more than willing to throw money at it. Just fantastic. I couldn't approve more of the customer service. Product is what its meant to be, But like I say the aftercare is exceptional.
I had a lot of difficulty getting this program to work for me but the Customer Service Team would not give up until they got it right. We had over 18 emails between us and they could not have tried any harder to make things right. As in life, not everything goes according to plan or “does what it says on the tin” but what matters most to me, is a company that puts their customers before problems and makes it right. I highly recommend SurfShark if for no other reason than their outstanding customer service efforts. A rare commodity in today’s business world.
