SurfShark, I love your product, but can you explain Why is trust pilot occupying 90% of my screen on my phone to thank me for sharing my experience with you? The close icon does not work, so i have 10% of my screen to share my response.

Surfshark is robust compared to the numerous other VPN platforms I've used through the years. It seems they've done their homework and learned from the mistakes and shortcomings of other VPN companies. They do everything that you would expect a VPN to do for you, however, THEY do it well where others fall short. They also added features that other VPN companies lack and they do it FOR FREE. For example: Location multi-hopping, GPS location spoofing, 'Cleanweb', (Ad blocking and safe browsing). Again, at no extra cost! The Android app works flawlessly, the servers are all speedy and customer service is spot on. My favorite feature of all is that Surfshark allows me to choose whether my phone is visible on my network or not. This means I can be invisible on public Wi-Fi if I want AND I can also use my phone to 'Cast' video to my TV on my home network when I want. Surfshark makes both easy with a switch. So far, I'm really happy with Surfshark and am impressed with it's performance on the ground. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a VPN. Sal S New Orleans, LA

Terrible I signed up to Surfshark because it was recommended online. It is extremely slow. Certain websites are blocked. It is not user friendly. There are no instructions on how to install on different devices. I believe Surfshark to be spyware and a scam.

Very poor experience, signed up for a 2 year plan and used fine for around 6 months, then all of a sudden can't get a connection and then told it is a Sky Issue and because I can't get the Broadband Shield removed it is my fault. 18 months of paid VPN down the drain

Many websites reject your connections, requiring me to turn off the VPN and connect without it. Most connections are VERY slow.
