I have been using Surfshark VPN since november last year. Everything was working fine until last couple of months. I am seeing a lot of bufering in streaming services like Netflix, Prime, and Hotstar. I have shared a lot of mails and the responses from the customer care has not resolved my issue. They have asked me to change the DNS servers, turn of the built in ad blocker, turn off the kill switch. The whitelist feature does not work. If you guys want me to turn off all the good features of the app, what do i use? They have asked me to use the browser extension instead of windows app and that too does not work. I am irritated Should have invested in a better VPN I bought a 2 year subscription and I am stuck with it now.

Surfshark VPN is so far very reliable, and very cheap. I only miss one feature from my previous Express VPN, and that is the ability to realtime speed test a large number of servers prior to choosing which to connect to.
