Compare PureVPN via BesteVPN.nl
I have been a happy customer up until today. A few days ago I got a mail promising "a free account". I clicked the link, because I was curious to see if there was any time limit. The limit was 3 days, so it was useless for me back then and I forgot about it again. Now I suddenly got a mail about an unpaid invoice of $10..... I have requested a deletion of my account and won't use their services again! (btw, I WAS aware about any text saying something about payment - there wasn't any!)
I paid a full year for VPN service It turns out that the software is extremely slow to load (I am an "experience" use of VPN services). On top of that, I cannot use it for P2P services but helpdesk keeps saying it shall works. I had already tried what helpdesk told me IT SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK AND They don't take NO for an answer I may have lost 50€ but KEEP Away from them! NB I filled a 2nd demand of refund. I'll change my opinion if they do what they write on their website, a full refund.
I have used other VPN's and find this one to be the best.
