I heard good things about Pure VPN so I tried them for one day and then signed up for the year. Like every company - there are some people that are genuinely there to help people & then there are others that make you feel like you're bugging them. Als ich auf die Zurückerstattung bestanden habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass diese nur bis zu einem Datenvolumen von 500 MB möglich wäre. Eine Frechheit, so mal mich der Support immer wieder dazu angehalten hatte, doch noch weiter rum zutesten. Auf meine wiederholte Anfrage hin schickte mir PureVPN die gleiche Absage nochmals zu. Mein Geld hab ich nicht zurückbekommen.
