Please do not use this company ever. They take the money and then the software does not work. I have contacted twenty agents, they get nowhere. They refuse a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
No Logs keeping Policy is unarguably the best attraction which PureVPN has Pretty confident after thoroughly going through their privacy and logs policy that Pure vpn doesn't keep logs, hence i am here on annual plan. It works good, no disconnection issue, easy to use software on windows. Though streaming might have a buffering issue but giving benefit of doubt to PureVPN as my internet really sucks while streaming online anyhow.
So i was looking into getting VPN and i had a product in the shopping cart. I then left the site to do more research. I am a newbie in VPN industry and got chance to use 2 different VPN providers. I am not very concern with Privacy or Security so i guess, it really doesn't matter to me if VPN can or cannot protect my privacy. All i want is to use it to watch movies and TV shows while living in Dubai. So, PureVPN worked really well for me, especially its dedicated streaming add-0n. At first, i got some issue how to install it or get it started, but later on, once i am done, it works pretty well. That's why i am giving 4 stars because there's always a room for improvement.

Be very careful with this VPN provider: their free trial has important limitations and their Spanish servers do not work properly with TV providers such as Yomvi (that is if you can connect to the servers at all). Also, their customer service is very poor and they are not willing to help you when trying to cancel a subscription for the reasons above. I strongly recommend to stay away from PureVPN.
