I have Much reason to give 5 stars to PureVPN Apart from my initial reasons for selecting PureVPN being 1 of the best for the money in many reviews I read. I recently had reason to contact customer service and ask if they might hear what I had to say regarding an incident 9-10 months prior to my recent contact. Which left me unable to use the service due to the loss of all my devices I use for communication in the one go. This process had been lengthy and I thought I would have to relive much of the episode again. Having only contacted PureVPN the once relatively close to the time. I didn't think I would have much luck. However to my delight, not only was I heard, I was almost immediately granted what I requested. Within hours.
