So if your a GAMER DO NOT GET OR USE PureVPN! AVOID IT AT ALL COST!! I have been using them for a long time unfortunately I got sucked into a long term deal [2022-11-30] I have a lot of issues over the year or two I have been using them, as I am a gamer I have come to understand that is something they HATE!. I have tried to explain to them in many different ways but it is SO SO VERY CLEAR THEY DO NOT CARE AND ARE DOING IT ON PURPOSE!! With each update you get a little nag ware notification popup box which you CANNOT turn off or disable, or at least if you can they will not tell you how to. This nag box every time it appears on your screen it TAKE THE FOCUS!! i.e it becomes the ONLY ACTIVE WINDOW so you are kicked out of what you where doing due to their TOTAL ARROGANCE in the belief that NOTHING AT ALL YOU COULD EVER BE DOING IS AS IMPORTANT AS THIS NAG BOX! I have lost count of how many time I have been killed and lost the end fight in a 45 to 90 minute dungeon and been wiped due to it, I have lost count how many times I have contacted them about this, I have lost how many times I have threaten to give them bad reviews due to it. Well times up they did it again just the other night! So if you GAME DO NOT GET OR USE PureVPN! AVOID IT AT ALL COST!! On top of that even with a 100/50 NBN connection I am forever getting LAG while NO ONE else on the server is..... Noel

i downloaded this program almost a year ago on their 3 year deal and all i had was problems, to begin with my internet connection on my computer kept disappearing and i actually thought i had a virus so i reformatted my computer and problem seemed ok for a few days then it started all over again so i called customer services which i might add were brilliant and have been everytime ive called them which has been a lot. they told me to delete the app and download purevpn from the link they sent and that never worked either so i ended up just deleting it from my browser extensions and everything on my computer has worked great since i deleted purevpn.My conclusion which i shared with purevpn is that their program isnt compatible with windows 10. if there vpn was as good as there customer service they would be onto a winner, i ended up getting a full refund a year after i bought it as they could probably see that i hadnt been using it so if your looking for a vpn then dont pick this one as most of the reviews are most likely false
