Excellent product and excellent customer service - although the software has been so reliable the only time I really experienced customer service is after a small issue (partly of my own making) shortly after purchase. I'm not particularly technical, so I have to take their privacy promises to a large extent on trust. That said, I've never had any reason to doubt them. I do occasional leakage and ISP tracing checks, and have never found any evidence of a problem. Neither am I a gamer, so all I can say about speed is that for my purposes - financial market feeds together with lots of YouTube-viewing and music streaming (sometimes at the same time) - I've never noticed any degradation. PureVPN is certainly faster than a couple of big-name US VPNs I've tried in the past and given up on. As for logging, the audit they recently had done is reassuring. In summary, if you're an average user doing average things then my experience suggests PureVPN certainly does its job. I can't attest to a power-user's experience.
We used this VPN for several years while living in Mexico. Worked well most of time. I am glad to hear the security of customers is still going strong. I no longer use as we are back in Calif. but would definitely use if needed again.

I love PureVPN! Anytime I have needed support I've gotten good answers in a timely manner. You are constantly upgrading the software and services. My only suggestion would be to go through your online documentation and get rid of old and duplicate documents. An example of this is there seems to be old outdated documents installing on Linux installations. Also, I would like to see easier integration with Kodi as the documentation on installing the Kodi Plugin seems to be out-dated. You need to update it for your latest plugin and Kodi "Leia" version 18.4

I initially chose PureVPN for two reasons: 1) Very fast VPN tunnels 2) Commitment to zero logging Today, PureVPN received a No-Log Certification from Altius IT confirming item 2) above, which is awesome. As PureVPN continues to grow and become successful, I've noticed that VPN throughput has decreased below it's peak several years ago, but still faster than most coffee shops' Wi-Fi. I remain a very happy long-time customer of PureVPN.
