Perfect and easy service!
Everybody pay close attention to what I am going to state. The latest offer of the Pure VPN service ,which consists in a 12 months plan ,for just 0.99 USD a month is just plainly fraud ,if you don't pay close attention to the automatic renewal. And here is my proof. Today I tried to pay for this "mega ,über ,super-duper cheap offer ",with my Visa Credit card issued by Revolute ,on which I specifically added the necessary amount (about 15 dollars) ,to pay for this Pure VPN ,for 12 months. Guess what happened ,the payment did not go through. After I hit the pay button (tried 4 different times from 2 different devices) ,it did nothing ,except one apparently small detail. A payment service company ,withdrew ,almost 1 dollar ,as a temporary hold, from my Visa Revolute credit card just like PayPal does ,when it wants to first validate the credit card. The payment service ,identified itself through the name g.co /helppay .The important thing here though, is that every time I tried ,the Helppay operated a temporary hold on my Revolute Visa,so this is intentionally implemented ,not some random error. After finding all this I tried to get a response from the Pure VPN customer service and they (Aaron) said that nothing was wrong on their side and that the payment service ,denies my transaction for some reason (pretends he doesn't have a clue). So they deny knowing what is going on. Let me tell you, the reason is clear as the blue sky .They ordered the online payment service company called Helppay ,to deny any transaction that comes from any account made with Revolute as the issuing bank .They know that people use burner credit card accounts ,on Revolute ,so they cannot push any expensive automatic renewal after the first 12 months are up. This is very clever ,basically if you give them your real ,every day credit card ,which is constantly loaded with money ,or your paypal ,in which they have a renewal clause, they will push the automatic renewal ,after the first cheap 12 months, when you will have forgotten about the cancellation. As of right now the amount they charge you is around 70 USD (from another reviewer with bad feedback) ,so to me this is a fraudulent strategy ,to only allow ,some credit cards ,which they know will have a high chance of bringing in a truly high profit ,after the first 12 months are done. After all ,this is a very clever ,but also shady strategy ,to lure people in ,with extremely cheap VPN prices ,but the main thing you are after is the renewal. I wouldn't mind the renewal ,if there would be an honest option to deactivate it ,but if you as a company go to this length ,just to block people ,who protect themselves from this abusive and expensive renewal ,by using Revolute, then it means that any cancellation of the automatic renewal is just out of discussion with these guys. It just means they are going to charge you for the next 12 months no matter what and not a pleasant amount ,for sure. So stay away! P.S Look at one of the few bad reviews ,IT STARTS LIKE THIS: Unauthorized charge after canceling the… DON'T GIVE ANY BANK CARD DETAILS TO PUREVPN! Unauthorized charge after canceling the account for the next year.
some times it does not connect to UK sites but on the hole okay.
Very good VPN for a very good price, others charge about 10USD a month I got one year for less than 10 USD I am using and like it on my laptop, mobile and computer !
