I have only used PIA vpn on a windows PC but am very pleased.I have been happy with some of their software updates. For example, I no longer have to turn off PIA to change settings. Everything can be done while it is still running. Love this service

The desktop app doesn't reconnect after sleeping; killswitch forces complicated interface after sleeping. Mobile is fine. Speed, etc. is fine.

Best VPN I have used. Tried a number of other ‘premium’ providers before PIA, but they were all pretty bad. I use PIA on my Mac, iPhone, and iPad, and it works well on all of them. My only compliant is that sometimes it’s a bit slow, and that’s even after fiddling around with different servers. I have a 300 Mbps internet connection, and I rarely get over 50 Mbps when using PIA. Even with that, it’s still plenty fast for what I use my devices for, and I wouldn’t switch unless they went out of business.

very easy to setup and use I have it running on 4 computers took me 6 mins to install and login in total auto settings make using PIA simple my connection speeds are just as good as I had before using PIA I can access all the sites I was previously blocked from due to ISA restrictions what more can you ask for

Used this on a laptop but lost PIA when moving to n ew computer. Agreed to start again with paid sub but was unable to negotiate the so-called simple one click installation and was forced to give up trying. Sent message to PIA SUPPORT but no response so will now do what I can to get a refund for a dud product.
