Really easy to use VPN that I use with both my PC and Android phone that greatly increases my security and privacy. When using a close server my speed is basically the same yet I now have end to end encryption. I even game while connected to the VPN without any noticeable lag.

Customer service very helpful and responsive. The desktop app for Windows (and iOS apps) both HEAPS better - PIA has obviously invested a lot improving this over the past year or so. Good network speeds in my experience..

App crashing all the time. Blamed on Avast, but even after a uninstall of that, and re install of pia. The same keeps happening. Speed drops are also insane for me. Tried the different protocols etc, but hardly any difference. If you get a free trial, then feel free to test it. If you have been a former customer, you no longer get that.

Fast, secure, works with netflix, torrenting (not that I know _insert wink face here_). over 1tb and counting on traffic I've use it for, still going strong, getting 100mb/s down, 15~mb/s up *(not their fault comcast sucks). Starts up quickly, and ready to go in seconds.

I bought a 1 year PIA subscription during the crypto craze. Since then, I've used it for everything from privacy when traveling to torrenting to pissing off my ISP (the last one is my favorite). When it came time to renew a few days ago, I looked around, compared prices/features and came back to PIA to buy a 2 year membership due to the fact their servers just work. DNS leaking has never been an issue. The speed hit is something you cant avoid so stop complaining about it. Do you want your data secure or fast? You cant reasonably do both. That said, their speeds are just fine for a majority of tasks (never tried gaming but streaming works just fine). I'd recommend PIA if you're looking for a VPN but arent sure where to start or are getting into the privacy game but dont know what you're looking for. PIA hasnt steered me wrong yet. Use them, you wont be dissapointed.

Had a problem where I made a mistake of purchasing PIA twice on a credit card emailed them and with in a day or two they took care of it even over the weekend. This is my first use of VPN
