Goede ervaringen met PIA. Vaak goede deals, stabiele verbinding en ik verlies niet erg veel snelheid. Van mijn 250mb lijn haal ik rond de 170mb en de upload is altijd de volle 25mb. Niets te klagen over PIA.

If I ever have a problem (which is rare) they are always there within 1 day to fix it. I have no complaints. They have come through every, single time AND address me in a kind way. Every time I have checked to see if PIA is working as they say it is....it IS. Thank you PIA!

I haven’t been using the service for long, but everything seems to work pretty well so far. I do like the simplicity of connecting, as I have used programs before that made it unnecessarily complex.

There is no way all these pia reviews are legit. How can nord have two stars yet pia has four stars? F A K E I have used pia for over five years. It constantly disconnects on iPhone and won’t reconnect automatically. You have to manually disconnect and manually connect again. Then repeat the process again and again literally seconds later. Connection on pc is good. Socks5 proxy is good if you torrent. WARNING in my opinion pia does keep logs even though they deny it. People that state that PIA does not keep logs are most likely uninformed or oblivious (please make your own conclusion). You will have to DEEP research this accusation yourself and make your own conclusion as to if pia keeps logs or not - and ofc pia will reply to this review and deny everything.

Server connection continuously times out. Customer service is not reachable. Their refund policy is terrible. Only had them for 13 days before I wanted a refund and they stick to saying "Unfortunately, we have only a 7 day refund policy. There is nothing I would be able to do at the moment."
