I have an Android phone. I have ONE simple question I need answered: Do I install the Android or Chrome PIA version? For a week now, no one at PIA apparently cares enough to answer my question, and like zombie robots keep referring me to web pages that look like they're written for IT systems admins, which I'm not. Can anyone help?

I mean I've only been using this service for a few days but installation has been very simple for both my Windows 10 PC and Android phone. The thing I'm most surprised about is that it's actually really fast and seems to keep up with my 500Mbits connection, which is not what I was expecting.

Tried ti sign up They took my money I downloaded the program couldn't get on contacted support---no reply contacted support---no reply contacted support---no reply I paid for a year money down the toilet After I posted this i actually received a "gee we are sorry for the trouble post Please jump through these hoops and we might be able to help you Pity they couldn't have responded earlier or even when they did actually offer a solution that didn't require a great deal of mucking around by me their supposed customer just to give them money for no service too big and do not care Still a waste of space!!! Hey I got another (or a variation on the theme) we are sorry etc etc If they had helped at the time this wouldn't be here but the only contact I received from them came after posting this review Obviously there ethos is take the money and hope no one notices a They dont actually care afterwards And i bet I get another "gee we are sorry etc reply to this update By the way you should know that I have used these guys before but left too many dropouts and failed connections and slow speeds I had heard they had fixd these prob so thought I would give them another try --so already had user name (forced on you by them) and password I thought that maybe I had forgotten the password so successfully changed it Thats when all this rubbish happened ---they took the money but provided no service After a few hours of nothing from them only after this review did they contact me Just to finish as Pia are no longer responding to my emails and have not been able to even after providing them with my login detail I provide the time lines approx 2 pm 24/8 pay Request for help made at 2.42 pm Sent 4 more until 4.19 pm noreplies to any not even automated Logged this post approx 8pm Response at 9.31pm (had given up by then) so my respose was next morning provided information received one more from PIA at 9.51 Sent another 5 emails to pia support and nothing nada silence has been their response Your choice if you want to use these people but be prepared to waste 2 days for no return paying for the experience

I needed a little additional help, and the PIA agent was patient and walked me through the setup process. I am really pleased to have a trustworthy VPN now.

Well worth the low annual cost. I use the SOCKS5 proxy to download P2P content and there is never ANY slowdown, even considering that my net connection's downstream speed is 1Gbps. I've been a customer for a few years now and have never had any reason to cancel or switch.

I mainly use it to access BBC and ITV in the UK, unfortunately your servers are now blocked. I just renewed my subscription but if this continues to happen when my subscription expires I will change my VPN to one that is more likely to be successful in bypassing these geoblocks.
