Works perfect
Works really well... I can hop to different servers internationally, which is very easy to do... so far there has been no degradation of speed and performance... I can watch different content On Netflix because it varies from country to country... and all this for £32.99 for one year!... what a result!
Fast, reliable and with extremely helpful & obliging help desk.
Best VPN EVER!
I bought PIA and then immediately read about it being bought by kape . I started a support ticket to cancel my subscription but then the customer support person sent me links and statements and proof that even though they were bought they still were committed and focused on no logging and no user data selling. They still offered to let me stop the subscription and give me a full refund but after how prompt and to the point the customer service was I decided to stick around. PIA runs smoothly and the options to configure are plentiful for my purposes.
Most services I use use an email address as the username. This never changes from subscription renewal to renewal. Your decision to change the username to a "p" number for each renewal complicates everything. You have to remember the cryptic "p" number each time it changes. Keeping this credentials straight gets very complicated, especially when you have more than on subscription active at a time, as I do. My suggestion is to eliminate this extra level of indirection and stick with one username for each customer/subscription throughout the life of the service over the years. Just update the expiration date when a subscription is renewed.
Having no troubles at all. Software works flawlessly and doesn't hog up memory resources. Most importantly, the service seems to be working as it's intended.
