WORST BILLING PRACTICES EVER. DO NOT USE VPN. Last year PIA created a second acct under my name WITHOUT my authorization and have been double billing me since. I just recently found this and am outraged! Why would i need 2 accts? 1 works on all devices. Requested refund on the bogus charges and was denied because it didn't fall within their 7 day guideline. Well no kidding. It takes longer than that to receive the statement from the credit card company. Have heard from work that they have pulled this on many other customers. GO ELSEWHERE! There are many other and better VPN companies with honorable billing practices. The CTO has been charged with past FRAUD and EMBEZZLEMENT in Japan i recently found out. Now this is making sense. NO wonder they are backloggeed with service tickets. They cant keep up. Slow speed when logged in. Just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER? YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Пишите пожалуйста крупными буквами, что имеете возможность списывать деньги с карты клиента без его прямого разрешения, стоит только вам написать номер карты, дату, до которой она действует, CVV2/CVC2 код и для перечисления вам денег не надо даже подтверждения по смс и раз в месяц вы будете списывать эту сумму с карты клиента самым грубым образом.
