The couple of times I had minor issues, the people on the chat channel were friendly and helpful. After more than 2 years of use I'm still quite happy with PIA. Speed and an easy set-up are big pluses. I probably won't bother trying another VPN as long as their service remains at this level.

I started out 2 years ago wanting to use a VPN but had no idea which company to go with. I settled on PIA and have been thrilled with its service. For the first 6 months I paid by the month but have since paid for a yearly subscription. The service has never been down and it's always very fast. I have a 50MB fiber connection and I can connect to servers in other countries and still gets speeds of 20-30MB/s. I would highly recommend this VPN.

I've used PIA for a couple years now, and it's been rock solid for me. I live outside the US, so it is quite valuable for those sites which refuse service from foreign countries. I don't use it all the time, but it always works like a clock when I need it. It's fast, and I've never noticed a difference in data transfer rates with or without it. Great service!
